Access to clean drinking water in Gaza has become one of the hardest challenges families face every single day. Wells are destroyed, water networks are cut, and the little water available is often polluted, salty, or unsafe for children.

A single jerrycan of clean water — something that should cost cents — now costs more than what many families earn in an entire day. Prices have skyrocketed to 10–20 USD just for a small container of safe water, forcing parents to choose between drinking water and food. For countless families, this is simply impossible.

Mothers stand in long lines under the burning sun hoping to fill just one bottle. Children carry empty containers through rubble, walking miles because nearby water points have run dry. Many families are drinking unsafe water, leading to dehydration, infections, and severe illness.

This is why water is not just a need — it is a lifeline.

Fursan Al-Khair Charity Association, together with the Phoenix 7 field team, is delivering clean drinking water directly to families who cannot afford it. Our volunteers drive water trucks into devastated neighborhoods, fill community tanks, and provide emergency water to shelters, hospitals, and displaced families.
